Ostend Sailing & Racing Club – A club with a solid reputation in event organisation

Established for more than 19 years, the Ostend Sailing & Racing Club has built itself an international reputation in the organisation of national as well as international catamaran regattas. In 1996 it hosted the first European Formula 18 championships and thereby contributed to the development of the Formula 18 class in Europe. The Multihull Cup has been organised for years and once again the club has taken the initiative to promote long distance racing for Formula 18 catamarans by organising the first Open Belgian F18 Long Distance Championship.

The club’s accommodation is perfectly suited to receive large national and international delegations and offers a secured boat parking as well as camping facilities during the event.
